Nutritional Healing
  • Flax (seed or oil)
  • Promotes strong bones, nails and teeth, as well as healthy skin.  Useful for intestine problems, female disorder and inflammation.

  • The seeds are an excellent additional to a diet that is low in fiber.  Flaxseed has the highest concentration of phyto-estrogen lignans of an other food.  The ligans are removed during conversion to oil, so seeds are the only true source.

Fun Fact
