- Flax (seed or oil)
- Promotes strong bones, nails and teeth, as well as healthy skin. Useful for intestine problems,
female disorder and inflammation.

fiber. Flaxseed has the
highest concentration of phyto-estrogen lignans of an other food. The ligans are removed during
